Hostetler Management Group was formed
out of a sincere desire to assist physicians in the management of
their practices.
It is our belief that physicians are
fully capable of managing their practices. However, the time
pressure of active practice has forced many to take the unplanned
step of turning their entire practice ownership and management
over to businessmen, hospital administrators and venture
capitalists who have no interest in patient care or the
doctor-patient relationship.
We believe medical care is local and
best provided at the direction of local physicians who provide
personal care through the direct contact with their patients.
We believe that given the proper tools
and information, physicians can make the best decisions for their
practices. Our desire is to provide this information and tested
high value solutions in an efficient, effective manner.
Our success is measured in the success
of the practices we manage. If we are successful at the
expense of our clients, we will fail. We believe that if our
clients are successful, we will grow and prosper.
