Keith Hostetler RPh MHA
Principal

Keith has over 20 years healthcare experience most of which is the physician practice management area.  He also has experience in several multi-hospital, multi-location healthcare systems.   He has worked in diverse geographic locations ranging from the ultra competitive managed care arena of Northern California to the back hills rural complexities of Eastern Kentucky.   His tenure with physician practices includes managing budgeting assuring compliance and general operations for a 25 physician multi-specialty group but has also provided consulting services to solo primary care physicians.  

 Mr. Hostetler founded Hostetler Management Group LLC in 1999 after working for an accounting based healthcare consulting firm.   Keith completed a BS in Pharmacy at The Ohio State University and also holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the same.  He is a member of MGMA and is certified through the American College of Medical Practice Executives.   He is active on the board of local non-profit mental health organization and serves on the board of an organization of Christian business professionals.   He maintains his pharmacy license in the State of Ohio.

 J. Craig Miller, MS, SPHR
Consultant

Craig has over 20 years experience in management and education.   Additionally Mr. Miller has experience in long term care and in legal administration.   During his nine years in long term care management, Mr. Miller served as a facility administrator, Director of Human Resources, and Vice President, Operations/Chief Operating Officer.  Beyond the health care field, Mr. Miller’s management experience includes operational management in agri-business, delivery services, and professional services. 

 As a Management Consultant with Hostetler Management Group since 2005, Mr. Miller specializes in practice management and human resources consulting services.   In addition to his consulting activities, he is actively involved in the management of a busy primary care practice.

 Mr. Miller holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Southern Connecticut State University.  Additionally, he has completed the Core of Knowledge in Nursing Home Administration at the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and holds certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
